Omg these are amazing! And so easy, can be healthy or unhealthy, I prefer unhealthy version personally 😉

They are also gluten free and paleo (if I have spelt that right)

Ingredients are super simple too:

Dates, raisins, Brazil nuts, cranberries and golden syrup (optional unhealthy addition)


Put it all in a food processor and whizz


Roll into bite size balls


I know they don’t look like much, but they are delicious!


  • 100g Dates (pitted)
  • 40g Brazil nuts (could be substituted for another nuts)
  • 70g cranberries 
  • 80g raisins

And if you fancy something a bit sweeter, I add 2 generous teaspoons of golden syrup
